At first everything seemed to be fine, but then we had a problem with the car, it told us the battery light and told us to stop, so we immediately took the car where we rented it without filling up with gasoline but we had used little. They gave us another car and after a day we had a problem with the bluetooth key we couldn't lock the car, at our own risk and we had to try a lot of times to turn it on sometimes without succeeding, so they gave us another key. On the day we left the car they charged us €80 for gasoline for the pre-sold car we changed when the gas pump cost €30, even though we had to bring the car immediately for a car problem!!! A pior experiência possível ,nos entregaram um carro em péssimas condições,antigo, alta quilometragem, cintos de segurança instáveis, painel quebrado, ar condicionado sem funcionar, a polícia nos parou em uma blitz de rotina e o documento estava vencido e não nos foi entregue corretamente, direção do carro instável, luz de emergência para reparos começou a acender no painel , estivemos em situação de risco em uma longa viagem que fizemos, não atendiam no telefone de emergência que dizia ser 24 horas nem quando a policia tentou, NUNCA alugue um carro nessa empresa, carro muito abaixo dos padrões mínimos que o Booking oferece, só passaram a nos atender quando acionamos a equipe do Booking, alugamos pelo Booking em uma empresa chamada Add Cars que dizia ser no aeroporto e fomos direcionados para essa outra, NÃO CONFIEMPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
